Beamtime proposal deadline
3 March is the deadline for beam time proposals to the Swedish Materials Science beamline, and many other beamlines, at PETRA III. Researchers affiliated to Swedish universities, research institutes and companies who are project leaders can apply for Swedish privileged access.

3 March is the 2025 deadline for DESY's spring call for proposals to access beamlines at the PETRA III synchrotron, including the Swedish Materials Science beamline. (The next deadline is likely to be in early September.)
Researchers affiliated to Swedish universities, research institutes and companies, who intend lead beamtime proposals, are eligible to apply for Swedish privileged access (read more about Swedish privileged access see here ).

Note. If you are planning a proposal for beamlines P08, P11, P22, P23 and P24, then this deadline doesn't apply. Instead, follow DESY's guidelines for the rolling submission process.
