With different countries opening up their economies at different rates, it's difficult to keep track of whether it is possible to travel to Hamburg to make measurements at PETRA.
The European commission has launched a new homepage and app so that people can find out more easily what the current travel restrictions and possibilties are within the European Union.

Perhaps taking the car and ferry between Trelleborg and Travemunde (near Lubeck) is an option.
