Swedish material science beamline user meeting

DESY's annual user meeting for the PETRA III synchrotron will be online in January 2022.

For the Swedish Materials Science beamline, there will be two satellite meetings involving the different branches.

The in-line branch's (P21.2) satelite meeting is dedicated to multi-modal materials characterization by high-energy synchrotron radiation.

The status of the beamline will be presented and future developments will be discussed. Selected experimental case studies will be presented by users. A summary of activities at the P21.1 side-station will also be given. An activity report of the Center for X-rays in Swedish Materials Science (CeXS), the academic host of the SMS beamline, will be presented.

To register to this beamline branch meeting, you need to:

1. Open this  DESY registration to the PETRA III User Meeting
2. Go into the menu for satellite meetings
3. Select the meeting

DESY will then send you a confirmation mail. Subsequently, just before the meeting, you'll receive the zoom link.
